Hog Manure Waste Purification

CES Hog farm demo samples from North Carolina showing the results of   running our mobile water purification system. This test was performed using our standard RF-100m machine running at 32 gallons per minute. The input water was raw hog manure water washed from the live hog pens several times per day using lagoon urine water as wash solution. The odor alone was something our crew will always remember.

Note:

The water cleaned in this demonstration was five times worst than any hog lagoon water we would process in a service operation.  The bacteria count went from 410,000 to 5 colonies per 100 ml of sample.

Showing the four main process steps in jar samples above left square.

1.      Raw pig excrement waste manure water  (no treatment)

2.      Flocculated sample from our oil / water / sediment module  (65 seconds of treatment)

3.      Translucent sample from our step clarifier  (3.5  minutes of treatment)

4.       Clear clean discharge water ( 6.5 minutes of treatment for total processing time)
